LIVE LOG (cumulative)
The page refreshes every 45 s; the log CONTENT
advances as each inference wave completes, typically every 10–25
minutes. Opens in its own tab at —. If the pane shows an error
or nothing at all, the log service or its path mapping is not up
— capture and processing are unaffected either way.

VERSIONS & PINS
INPUTS PRESENT
Nothing on this page is editable. Configuration is set before arming.
STAGES — counts, not percentages
GATE ROLL-CALL — gates verdict once, they never “progress”
PROCESSING HALTED
Operator procedure engaged — completed work is preserved.
Prefilled operator commands (terminal only):
Displayed for the operator — this console never executes commands.
Review opens after capture closes: the captured video (scrub / pause / freeze / step) beside the generated log. Generating the log after sign-off.
SETUP — one source, validate, arm (disappears once armed)
Arm writes the single pre-run source file the capture wrapper reads once at launch. The lock is server-side: once a capture is live (or a source is already armed) this page cannot write again — re-arm is a terminal-only operation. Validate and Arm are operator actions: they require the operator token (or, when no token is configured, a browser on the server machine itself). Every other page is read-only and needs no token.
